Dr. Ho Ying Chu is a licensed clinical and forensic psychologist in California and Texas, a Qualified Medical Evaluator (QME) in California, and a licensed clinical social worker in California and Nevada. She specializes in the treatment and evaluation of individuals with catastrophic injuries and severe mental illnesses. She earned her Psy.D. from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2015 and subsequently completed the USC/UCEDD APA Internship Didactics at Children's Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA). She has served as a guest lecturer for the Counseling and School Psychology Graduate Program at the University of Massachusetts Boston. Dr. Chu has practiced in the forensic and medico-legal field since 2015.
